Availability & Functionality Monitors
The SolidSpace Primary Monitoring System provides detailed reports of uptime that can be emailed to clients daily, weekly or monthly. The monitors run a system check every 90 seconds and have the ability to retore functionality without human intervention.
Our monitoring system provides thirty-two (32) monitors that test availability and responsiveness, plus 9 Quality Assurance Monitors.
Alerts can be:
- Sent via email
- Saved to a log file
- Execute a recovery script
- Restart a service
- Reboot the server
Offsite Critical Monitoring
External service that monitors from outside the SolidSpace network
- Backup monitoring system in the event SolidSpace connectivity becomes unavailable and/or the Primary Monitoring System is not functioning
- Monitors mail servers and Primary Monitoring System
- Guarantees notification in the event Primary Monitoring System or mail servers used for notification delivery are not functioning properly
Bandwidth & Hardware Monitors
Uses standard protocols to communicate server information such as:
- Available Memory
- Processor Usage
- Number of Processes Running
- Free Disk Space
Allows SolidSpace to analyze trends and prevent downtime by fixing potential problems before they occur.
Registers bandwidth usage and router status
Colocation and Dedicated Server clients are given access to monitor their server status in five (5) minute intervals. |
