  Configure Your Email in Outlook Express
   
 
  1. Click Tools, then Accounts




  2. Select the mail tab from the top.

  3. Highlight your account and click Properties.




  4. Under the servers tab insert the name of your new mail server, which is mail.yourdomain for both POP3 and SMTP server.

  5. Under the account name insert the complete email address for your user.

  6. Be sure to select the check box under "My server requires authentication" Otherwise your outgoing mail will be rejected.




  7. Click OK to close the dialog boxes.

  8. Click Send/Receive to verify your settings.
