DSL Troubleshooting Tips |

- If your internet connectivity is down, the first step is to restart the router. Just turn it off and back on. Wait a minute or two and try to reconnect to the Internet.
- Check the sync light in your router:
- CD light in CISCO routers
- DSL Sync in Netopia Routers
- Line Sync in Alcatel SpeedTouch Home
- If the sync light is not solid green after restarting the router, please call SolidSpace Technical Support.
